I want to deeply thank Jason from Detroit Lock and Door for the great job he did for me. I’m a business owner myself and I know exactly how customer service is important. Jason was very professional he came over and quoted his price for 10 locks rekey mission, he was very friendly and he also mention that he is ready to match any better price I would get from anyone else, but it wasn’t necessary at all because his price was better than 5 other places I’ve checked. I called him this morning and ask if he can come today and he was here after 2 hour and finished the job within an hour, isn’t that amazing!
