Got a fantastic service from Ted at Detroit Lock and Door. He came out to my rescue when I got locked out of my car when my car did not respond to the key fob. When Ted arrived he immediately notice that the car battery died and that was the reason why I couldn’t use the key fob. He unlocked the car with just two air wedges and a long reach out rod, then he jump start my car and reprogramed the key fob. Such a great guy and such a great service, I can’t thank him enough.
