Quick response by Ted and while being on his way to see me he asked for some pictures of my sliding door lock that he would make sure he got a replacement in his inventory. He arrived exactly within the 30 minutes time frame he provided and it didn’t took him to long to compete the job. He also gave me a great tip how to secure the door with a security bar when we leave the house for a long period of time. Ted is a great gut to work with and I would definitely recommend him.
