Ben did a great work when rekeyed our locks in my house he was very communicative and worked hard to finish the job fast. He came over after another locksmith company was here and didn’t know how to do the job. I will definitely use Ben again for my next locksmith job.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car with the engine still working, first I tried to call roadside assistance, but they said that it would take almost an hour before someone arrived. Then I contacted Detroit Lock and Door and Roy arrived within 15 minutes. He opened the car quickly and carefully and did not damage anything. Roy was polite, professional and his price was less expensive than my alternative. Hope I will not lock myself out again, but I will know who to call if I do.
