Roy was very friendly and explained me all the options I have when I lost my house key he made sure I understood everything before he start to work. Now I’m really happy and I have new lock.

This was my second time calling out Detroit Lock & Door, this time the technician who showed up was Moe and he also didn’t disappoint. The first time was 2 years ago when I moved into my new apartment and need to rekey the front door locks and they've provided an excellent service. This time I've locked myself out and called them right away, Moe showed up within 15 minutes of my call and was fast, super friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them!
