My mailbox key broke inside the lock. I called Detroit Lock Door, and they were able to sent someone immediately. James showed up within half an hour or so, and managed to fix the problem for a reasonable price. Thank you guys for your fast respond!

Jason was amazing, very responsive, got here on time, quoted a vey fair price for the job and went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. He managed to install a new Schlage Encode Plus deadbolt smart keypad lock on our home front door and also helped us to set up the codes, everything works amazingly and we are very happy with his service!

I scheduled an appointment with Detroit Lock and Door two weeks ahead of time in order to have some of my locks rekeyed, one of my locks turned out to be harder to rekey since I did not have a working key, yet they still managed to rekey the lock without charging me additionally, the price was one of the most reasonable I found and the service was remarkable, would definitely use them again.
