I had to get several locks rekeyed and a Schlage keypad installed and it had to be today. When I called Detroit Lock and Door they immediately answered the phone and they say that an available technician will contact me in a couple of minutes. Moe called back 2 minutes later and offered to come out within 30 minutes. When he arrived he quickly quoted his price and immediately started to work. Once he finished with the rekey process and while installing the keypad lock he walked me through the all of its functionality. Moe was super friendly and reliable, definitely recommend him.

Jason was very respectful throughout the entire process, he showed up on time and after a quick chit-chat about the price he immediately start to work and got the 2 new key fobs made in a quick manner of time. Both new fobs for our family Honda Odyssey are working great and I am very happy with the service, thanks again!
