I called them to come and install a new Schlage keypad deadbolt on a commercial metal door. Their customer service represented was super friendly and kind, he was able to set up same day appointment with a 2 hours time frame from 4PM to 6PM which worked perfectly for me. Ted arrive at 5:30 PM and within 30 minute he was completely done including all the necessary door adjustments and installation as well. Great experience from initial call to finish, highly recommend them!

Accidentally locked my bedroom and couldn't find its key, their technician came out exactly when he said he would and within 5 minutes he managed to unlock it. He quickly decoded the lock and mad me 2 new keys. He also made me a spare key for the bathroom as well just in case. Would definitely recommend this guy and if I'll ever get locked out again he is definitely my first call for help!
